Our first product is RuBisCo, the world’s most ubiquitous plant protein.  Its amino acid composition meets the requirements set out by the Food and Agriculture Organisation for essential amino acid profile, which is superior to that of soy and beef.  It is also highly digestible and has other functional properties required from food proteins.  To quote Pat Brown, founder of Impossible Foods: “for a year, our prototype burgers used Rubisco, and it worked functionally better than any other protein, making a juicy burger” (New Yorker Magazine, 2019). 


RuBisCo is found in every leaf and fixes CO2, to emit oxygen.  We are working on different sources, to enable us to produce RuBisCo at scale, which has so far eluded the industry.
